- Previous backflow test report (if available)
- Name of the municipality or authority requiring the test

- Gate codes, lockbox codes, or access instructions

- Any safety or access concerns we should know about
If you are an existing client and nothing has changed, just let us know that your access information is the same as last time.
Important Scheduling Notes
New Clients Start with a Consultation
New clients are scheduled for a consultation/site review before testing. This helps us confirm the number of assemblies, understand access, review any municipal requirements, and provide an accurate quote.
Consultation Visits Are Not Testing Appointments
A consultation is used to review your setup and prepare your quote. The actual backflow test will be scheduled separately after the consultation.
Existing Clients Can Schedule Faster
If you are an existing client and know how many assemblies need testing, you can schedule directly into the correct testing appointment length.
Testing-Only Service
Keystone Backflow Testing currently provides testing only. We do not perform repairs or installations. If a device fails, we provide clear documentation so you can coordinate repairs with the appropriate provider. Retesting can be scheduled after repairs are complete.
Access Matters
If we cannot safely access the assembly at the scheduled time, testing may need to be rescheduled. Additional trip or rescheduling fees may apply if access is unavailable, blocked, locked, unsafe, or not ready for testing.
